1) What kind of title do I get?
- You get a deed to the property purchased.
2) When does the park open and close each year?
- Approximately April 15 through Oct 10th,
weather permitting is when the water is turned on and off.
3) Can we use the property in the winter?

You can use the RV anytime but no water is on in the winter months.
4) Is their an association fee?
- The fees for
2006 are set $300 per year to pay for lawn mowing, pool maintenance, docks in and out, garbage, common area insurance, yard work and other association expenses.
5) Can I resell my property?
- Yes, you can sell just the lot or as a complete package.
6) Are there restrictions as to the RV I can put on my lot?
- Yes, they must be newer and nice looking (Bus
Conversions, Class a & C Motor Homes Park Models, Park Trailers are preferred; however Fifth Wheels and Travel Trailers are certainly allowed).
- No soft-sided camping trailers are allowed. (Please see RV Definitions)
7) Can we have guests?
- Yes, but you provide the bathroom facilities.
8) Do I get a dock space?
- Yes, each lot includes a private boat slip / dock.
